KEY AREAS TO FOCUS - JAN/FEB:
- Heels, Hips & Shoulders in line
- Momentum drive forwards towards target over braced front leg
- Strong front arm locked in and pulling straight down/through

BOWLING
1 & 3 combined will look to create a better opportunity to drive straight forwards at release over front leg and off back leg as quickly as possible (increasing pace)
2 will create a better opportunity to present a better seam position more consistently as well as the potential to have an impact on pace also
- Slightly straighter approach into gather and back foot contact allowing left hip to engage better/quicker (currently jumping in)
- Load up bowling arm – (currently crossing over)
- Stand more upright in delivery (currently falling away slightly & front foot having to open up – fighting against the weight distribution from no.1)
