What?
6 Sessions tailored to each individual to develop their Pace Bowling during the off-season. When? Pre-Christmas (October - December). Testing & Analysis to take place at the end of the 2024 cricket season, followed by a series of six sessions on weekends starting in October 2024. Where? The Testing & Analysis day will take place outdoors at Doncaster Town CC. While the six sessions focusing on Strength & Conditioning and individualised technical & skills work shall take place at an indoor facility on the outskirts of Doncaster which is already being used for 1-1's and is undergoing various upgrades to equipment to provide an even better service to visitors. Who? Pace bowlers aged between 12-18 Years of age who are passionate about developing their pace bowling. This programme requires 100% commitment in order for it to be effective for the individual. |

The Pace Bowling Academy program will be specifically designed and tailored to the needs of the individual, and as such the number of participants on the Academy will be kept to a low number to ensure every attendee gets the maximum out of the program.
This program will be unique in that it is not targeting the masses, but a small group of passionate pace bowlers providing them with the support and opportunity they are seeking to develop their pace bowling.
The program will include initial Testing and Analysis (to be done outdoors at the end of the 2024 cricket season) followed by a bespoke training plan created per individual, and sessions will be structured to allow individual development. Indoor sessions shall take place at a facility in DN11 containing an extensive range of strength & conditioning equipment to aid players development during the off-season.
Completion of this form is only to express your interest. Due to the structure of this course there is no guarantee that a place will be offered due to numbers aimed at remaining low to ensure that it can remain personal to each attendee.
