Batting
Stance:
Feet as near to shoulder width as possible to setup a comfortable, well balanced stance.
Feet went a little wide at times and that will put weight towards the insoles/heels making it harder to press onto the back foot as/when required and also push hands lower (which will make it harder to stay on top of the ball when cutting/pulling).
Front Foot play:
Try to work with a comfortable stride out to the ball when the length allows (good length & full length balls) to be well balanced at contact which will allow for control and power.
Be careful trying to 'over-hit' balls as that will likely encourage bottom hand to come through strong and lose the shape of the bat on contact. Back yourself tyo setup a strong position and allow weight transfer to provide a good contact on the ball.

Bowling
Well aligned in delivery with top and bottom halves matching up well. But bowling around the wicket makes it extremely difficult to pickup wickets courtesy of LBW. It is also making your body (mainly your lower back) work harder to rotate you out of your action and create an angle to push across a RHB (coming over the wicket will mean less rotation required; easing pressure/force on lower back, and opportunity to pickup more wickets LBW)
Areas to work on:
- Becoming more confident to bowl over the wicket (certainly to RHB) and more familiarity with doing that. This will offer a better opportunity to pickup LBW's and also encourage you to work in a straighter line (alignment) easing force running through lower back in delivery (back is working harder around the wicket to RHB) allowing feet, hips, shoulders to work well together.
- Ensure run-up is rhythmic & repeatable, building momentum up and attacking the crease to carry that momentum through (a little 'stuttery' on occasions which breaks up momentum)
