Strength & Conditioning areas supporting seam bowling, try to incorporate:

  • Deadlifts
  • Med Ball Slams two hands straight downwards in front of body
  • Med Ball Slams on one leg (back foot contact, leaning onto back leg slightly) striding forwards - slamming forwards from overhead
  • Med Ball Presses/Pushes from chest high, rotational torque against a wall aiming to hit similar hit as release
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Pallof Press
  • Push Ups, Sit Ups, Chin Ups, Lunges
