- Deadlifts
- Med Ball Slams two hands straight downwards in front of body
- Med Ball Slams on one leg (back foot contact, leaning onto back leg slightly) striding forwards - slamming forwards from overhead
- Med Ball Presses/Pushes from chest high, rotational torque against a wall aiming to hit similar hit as release
- Kettlebell swings
- Pallof Press
- Push Ups, Sit Ups, Chin Ups, Lunges
