Purposeful run up, arms work very well driving towards the crease and is in a strong position going into bound but at back foot contact, knee bends signifgicantly forcing weight to then fall away a fair amount at release. Could gain more pace by working on his back foot contact and being stronger, allowing more forward drive.
Areas to work on:
Focus on alignment drills which could help back leg remain stronger by asking to support to keep you more upright (through intervention poles ideally).
Work from standing position to begin (back foot contact side on & try to setup front foot contact straight down the wicket; it currently plants at more of a 45 degree angle and then pivots and rotates out of action, which again prevents forward drive - basically working like an off spinner's would). After this, then try to do the same but walking through, gaining a better feeling of weight driving forwards (trying to prevent right knee from bending quite as much just after back foot contact) which will enable more forward drive and subsequently provide more pace).
