BATTING
- Stance:
* Ever so slightly more open with front foot to RA over the wicket to allow more opportunity to play down the ground through standing more upright in stance (as opposed to working across balls on/around middle - middle & leg as at present).
- Front Foot:
* Commit when playing on the front foot with a slightly bigger stride leading out with front foot, allowing for more weight through the ball on contact and less susceptible to playing away/in-front of body (and chipping up) as at present when setting up a short stride. Don't be afraid to put hands through generating more bat speed if/when well over the ball
- Back Foot:
* Stays compact when defending and tends not to play too far away from body
* A bit keen to take on the pull, outlined the importance of gaining trust in the pace (that not too quick) and bounce (ball will get up as anticipated) before taking on in matches

BOWLING
- Approach:
* Ensure gradual angle into crease as opposed to a sharp late shift (and risking too much weight heading towards the slips last minute making it harder to get through the crease through blocking off)
* Run-up to be smooth and momentum built up rather than a consistent pace from start to finish (a bit stuttery on a couple of clips below)
* Begin with a straighter run up to LH batsmen making it easier to open slightly to create an angle to challenge off-stump, or just outside if/when looking to shape away
- Create plenty of energy with front arm & left hip driving all the way through the crease enabling feet, hips & shoulders to complete all the way through action
