BATTING
Stance
Feet shoulder width apart, hands as close together as comfortably possible.
Front Foot
Work with a comfortable stride towards the ball, bending front knee to transfer weight through on contact - trying to make contact with head over the ball and under eyeline (to aim to stay on top of the bounce and play the ball on the floor).
BOWLING
Try to stand up taller in delivery ensuring weight/momentum is driving towards the stumps over front leg (currently opening front foot/shoulder outwards making it difficult to stay upright and deliver the ball with as much control).
