Areas to work on:
Lock wrist in behind the ball stronger, supporting the seam more upright. Try to work on loading up more purposefully in gather with ball a little higher (imagine eating an apple, then turn it around with your wrist the opposite side of it; that would be the ideal load up position and set out on arm rotation with wrist locked in behind the ball and trying to stay there throughout delivery).
After working on the above, then concentrate on trying to stand taller at delivery (intervention poles would be useful, or certainly cones) in an effort to work in a straighter line towards the batsman. A follow on from this could be to challenge yourself to generate a bit more momentum (after doing quite a bit of repetition work on the above).
